it seems like its becoming more noticeable don't want it to get any worse. I can still breathe through them and don't have any trouble sleeping. If I push on the middle outside with the slightest pressure it closes it all the way. but if I "puff out" my nostrils they almost look symmetrical again. I want to know if I should try to breathe in through my nose Should I use nasal spray Also is gets really dry inside should I avoid touching it as much as I can..inside and outside? There is no pain

There is not much that is wrong with your nose, but I agree that alar base narrowing, slight tip refinement, and minimal dorsal reduction can improve the overall appearance of your nose and improve facial harmony. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.
Hi sarahb93,5% Benzyl Peroxide can be safely used at 9 months post or for nose, however, some patients are quite sensitive to peroxide. While the reaction is normally just within the skin (superficial) it can still be reduced if you only apply the product for a short time.
