Can IPL treatment remove sun damaged skin? (photos)

Our office has many different treatments for scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Thank you for your question.  IPL photofacial is very effective for getting rid of hyperpigmentation and improving the overall texture of your skin.  Please consult with your physician to make sure that you are the right candidate for the IPL treatment.    

Hello,  I would recommend using a retinol and a natural lightening agent.  Kojic acid, Licorice, Arbutus.  Photo C has a lot of great serums with these ingredients in them.
Micro needling with PRP helps with overall discoloration.  A fractional laser or IPL can help.  I would do a test spot  with both lasers, depending on your Fitzpatrick.  A sunblock with titanium dioxide & zinc are very important.
