Hi and thank you for your question! As long as the healing process following the surgery is completed and you are otherwise a candidate for IPL, there is no restriction on doing IPL following rhinoplasty. I hope it helps and good luck!
Generally, IPL only penetrates the top layer of skin, so there should be no issues after rhinoplasty. However, I would make sure to wait until you have healed appropriately before proceeding, just to ensure nothing interferes with the healing process.
