What's your second opinion on this intermittent, burning/stinging pain? (Photos)

Cherrprn4
I am 5 days post op and have been experiencing on and off burning stinging, almost tearing pain in the side of my right breast. It’s only in the right breast and it comes and goes randomly, the last time it came it radiated to my breast in the form of a tingling sensation. It’s random but I think its triggered by movement. I just want to know that it’s nothing bad. I asked my surgeon first and have an appointment with my surgeon in two weeks but he recommended folic acid and B12 in the meantime.
