I need revision rhinoplasty because my nasal wings are a bit weak and my internal nasal valves are a bit too narrow. My surgeon wants to use alar strut grafts from ear cartilage. Do they change the appearance of the nose? I don't want that my nostrils, the area of the nasal valve and my nose in general look bigger afterwards. What do you think about alar strut grafts? What are the pros and cons? What are alternatives to alar strut grafts?
