Thank you for your question. The blepharoplasty - or eyelid surgery - can address excess skin or fatty tissue in and around the eyelids. Meanwhile, a rhinoplasty procedure can address the long-term effect of the fractured nose you had over a decade ago. In order to determine your candidacy, I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon.

It is likely you had orbital blow out fracture and now you have enophthalmos. See following link for more information. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and possible treatment.

In regards to the nose you will need a rhinoplasty to correct your asymmetry. In regards to the eye, you appear to have enopthalmos(a sunken eye) and a depressed zygoma(cheekbone). These are common sequelae of a "tripod fracture". Basically your cheek was knocked in, and the floor of your eye socket was knocked out. As a result your eye has sunken through the hole in your eye socket floor. You will need to see a plastics or maxillofacial surgeon to correct this deformity. He/she will likely get a CT scan to assess the damage. I would recommend a board certified plastic surgeon who could possibly fix your cheek,eye, and nose at the same time.

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish improvement and straightening of the  crooked nose.  Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones accomplish straightening them.  An alar plasty can accomplish straightening and narrowing wide nostrils.  A septoplasty may be required for a deviated nasal septum and columella area.  For more information and many examples, please see link and the video below

You seem to have a "blowout" fracture possibly combined with a "tripod" fracture. You need to be examined by a surgeon experienced in post traumatic reconstruction and most probably have a CT scan series. The same surgeon should be able to help you with your nose as well. Good luck!

This is commonly known as a "blow out fracture" of your orbit (eye socket) and can be confirmed with x-rays or a CT scan.  If it happened a long time ago, it will be very difficult to repair, but your nasal fracture can be fixed at any time.

IT is difficult to tell from the photo the extent of the injury.  If the eye is continuing to sink inward this may be due to an issue in the sinus.  You could seek an oculoplastic specialist to help determine what can be done.
