I'm 23, it's possible for plexr?
Answer: Don't be deceived by slick marketing for Plexr. Plexr is not eyelid surgery no matter what marketers want you to believe. You have ptosis. This is due to a problem with the tendon in the left upper eyelid that ios disinserted. You have a structural problem that will not be addressed with a surface treatment like Plexr. Don't waste your money on Plexr. You need to see an oculoplastic surgeon who specialized in this type of work. This surgery is done under light iv sedation so that you can cooperate during surgery. This allows accurate adjustment of the eyelid position. You need and anterior approach anterior levator resection ptosis surgery with an anchor blepharoplasty to support the upper eyelid lashes. See my video which does this approach for a revisional surgery.

Answer: Plexr is not for ptosis Thank you for posting your photos. Plexr is a non-surgical laser treatment for skin tightening and has been popular in Europe in lieu of blepharoplasty (removal of excess eyelid skin). Based on your photos and your age, excess skin isn't really your problem. You have ptosis of the left upper eyelid and the best way to fix that is with surgery. Depending on how this presented, you may be a candidate for a scarless repair from the back of your eyelid. See a qualified board certified practitioner who is trained in eyelids for an in person consultation.

Answer: Plexr Your photos show Blepharoptosis of the left upper eyelid. This is a problem related to a laxity in the elevator muscle of eyelid manifested by the eyelid covering a portion of the pupil and a high positioned eyelid crease. You would need surgery to correct this.
