Post upper & lower bleph 2/21/17. Usual swelling & bruising very happy with the result. About 2 wks in- right cheek started to swell - worse every day. Doc said it's normal, fluid has absorbed by my body. Rx for steroid worked great until I finished the pack. Swelling back up. Yesterday morning - like a balloon on one side of my face. They sent same Rx-call back Monday. But what happens when I finish this pack? What should I do? Why can't the fluid just be drained??? DESPERATE, HELP!!!!!

Your photos show Blepharoptosis of the left upper eyelid. This is a problem related to a laxity in the elevator muscle of eyelid manifested by the eyelid covering a portion of the pupil and a high positioned eyelid crease. You would need surgery to correct this.
Anytime I look at a person's upper eyelids, I will look at the position of the brows. In youth, the eyebrows are higher (superior) to the bone (lateral orbital rim). If your brow is at or below the lateral orbital rim and you like the look with the brows lifted, than a brow lift...
The effect of steroid injections can be a bit unpredictable. I would recommend revising the scar surgically as you have given it enough time to mature at this point.
