Hi josephsonnew, It would be unwise to use Kybella anywhere near the eyes because it has not been thoroughly studied and declared safe. Also the potential for swelling is immense. The fat dissolved by Kybella is permanent and you could suffer asymmetry.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
