Is it ok to use a hot sauna or steam sauna after cool sculpting procedure? I just had mine done 4 days ago.

It is possible that you could experience a bit of more swelling but you should not have any problem with using a sauna or steam room, so go right ahead and enjoy yourself.

There is no contraindication to jacuzzi or sauna even the day of your procedure.  Some of my patients love doing that.  So sauna away!

It is likely you will get more swelling and irritation from this.  However, it shouldn't hurt the results.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There is no physical downtime after CoolSculpting, meaning that you can continue with regular activities after your procedure. You may experience a bit of swelling from it, but just like taking a hot shower, it will have no negative side effects on your results.
