Hi, I am curious if taking Alli (OTC Orlistat 60mg) after having coolsculpting will enhance the effect and expedite the process? regards

Orlistat or Alli is an over-the-counter weight loss pill that works by blocking the absorption of about 25% of the fat that you eat. Cool sculpting is a non-invasive way to shape problem areas by locally breaking down fat cells. The Alli does not stop you from re-absorbing the contents of those ruptured fat cells in other areas of your body. It only works to block a portion of the fat you eat from entering through your GI tract. So they don't work together, but the Alli will help keep less fat in your system in general and along with a heathy diet and exercise may help you lose weight all over your body, and that in turn can highlight the recent contour improvement from the cool sculpting.
