Is it possible CoolSculpting changes the skin but providers aren't aware because people don't go back for treatments? (Photo)

I had one treatment of Cool Sculpting one month ago on my abdomen. I am in my 30's and have no children. I have noticed a definite change in my skin. When I bend over, it hangs loosely, appears dimpled in places and the density has lessened (which is good!) but seems to result in a squishy, thin layer of skin rather then the firm fullness I had one month ago. I fear I will have a post baby, deflated looking tummy. I am at an ideal body weight with no prior skin issues like dimples, unevenness etc.
