The majority of my patients get Coolsculpting over liposuction because of the time Coolsculpting allows for the skin to retract.  I have seen more skin tightening with CS than liposuction for sure.  With that being said, if you have skin loosening, you can look into Nectifirm cream or Pelleve for skin tightening.  My best,Dr. Nazarian

You are still too early after the procedure to know the final result. If there appears to be excess skin following the fat reduction you may be a good candidate for a tummy tuck, especially if you have children or significant weight loss. Multiple coolsculpting treatments may be needed for the best fat reduction results. 

You often need multiple coolsculpting treatments to get the best results and it should be combined with a skin tightening device (such as velashape or venus legacy) as the coolsculpting only works to remove fat not tighten skin.  Best, Dr. Emer.

We have a large percentage of clients who come back for additional CoolSculpting treatments because they are so happy with their results. We have actually been seeing some skin tightening after CoolSculpting treatments in patients who have loose skin. There are clinical studies in process which are examining this effect of the treatment. We have not had a case where existing loose skin was made worse by the treatment. Hope this helps.

It is unproven on what CoolSculpting does to the skin.  In our practice we have seen all examples of the following.
1.  We have seen people with loose skin which appears tighter after coolsculpting.
2.  We have seen people that CoolSculpting worked to remove the fat but there was no change to the skin thus, possibly making the skin looser.  
Think of the skin on your belly like a balloon.  When it is inflated (full of fat cells) the skin is stretched out and tight.  But when you remove the air (fat cells) the skin shrivels up.  
I advice you to go back to the office to see if they offer any skin tightening services.  Make sure to use sunscreen daily.
