I had PIP implants put in 10 years ago with no problems. 5 weeks ago I started to have seroma in my left breast and low grade fever. MRI and ultrasound showed no rupture. Aspirational citology tests were negative. After aspiration I started to feel a little dizzy when walking. After explantation doctor said the implant was leaking in one pinhole(he has the implant) Looks like at the aspiration they poked it.Post op I am still dizzy with a low grade fever. Before aspiration there was no dizziness.
