I am 8 weeks post op after an explant and am not happy at all with my results. The doctor I used is a highly respected plastic surgeon. He uses a procedure where he adds tissue to the bottom of the breast with a lift to give it volume. The tissue in those areas is very hard (like a rock) from scarring and has adhesions. I massage and massage. I need the adhesions to break away but, at the same time, don't want my skin to sag. I would appreciate feedback and suggestions on what can help.
