Fat Transfer or Sculptra?

I have performed both for 19 years and there is no question Fat transfer done with technique that I use in my experience give amazing results over Sculptra.  I would recommend ancinsultstion with a surgeon with at least over 15 years of experience in fat transfer and this is absolute recommendation in assuring aesthetic results with someone who is seasoned in doing this and have done it 1000s of times.  Best

Sculptra is fine for temporary, but long term filling. Fat grafting is best for permanent results. Fat grafting also helps to increase the quality of the skin and gives a more youthful result. Fat grafting can be performed in areas with thin soft tissue coverage, like under eyes, eyelid or junction of the lower lid and cheek. Fat grafting is beautiful in the lips, but extended recovery time is required. I believe Juvederm is alternative to fat grafting in the lips.The provider, not the product really is what is most important. Be sure to find a plastic surgeon with extensive experience and expertise with fat grafting and fillers to determine what is ideal for you.
