How can I make my face look more feminine without surgery?

Contouring of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. This can make the face look more feminine. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It is very difficult to evaluate your face with the photograph you provided.  Pictures of your face when you are not smiling and from the front and sides would be helpful.  Fillers can be used to fill in hollow areas under the eyes and in many cases can be used on other portions of the face to produce rejuvenation.

Honestly, your face looks feminine. A filler like Restylane could help with the undereye volume loss. I also think you could benefit from Botox/Dysport treatment to the masseters which would slim the lower face, improve facial proportions, and give you a more heart shaped face. 

I would consider Botox f your Masseter muscles (jaw muscles) and filler win platelet rich plasma.

After looking at the picture, I think there is couple of areas that can be improved.
After age of 25-30 we lose a fat pad in temporal area. Temporal area need some filler to make the contour better..
The other areas with some more filler can be imprived. But overall your face is feminine. But always face to face examination help the examiner more.
