I am 22 years old and i have had this issue for as long as i remember. Whenever i smile in pics and there is flash, the area right below my under eye, b4 the start of my cheeks, dents in. My cheeks then stick out weirdly. They don't blend together..The apples of my cheeks look like a ball & my under eye just dents and it "attracts light" in pics, looking lighter than the rest of my face and gaut. I know I have hallow under eyes genetically. Could under eye filler like juvederm or something help?

Sorry to see that your first experience with lip fillers has been challenging. Rest assured that injection induced bruises heal completely on their own with time. However, there are many things that can be done to heal them faster.
1. Use warm compresses- 3-5 minutes 3-5 times per day...
This lump above the lip is not a vein. It is Juvederm which has been misplace. I see this sometimes as I am injecting that there is a channel that the fillers spreads to during injection. I can easily be dissolved with hyaluronidase. You might try massage to the area but it probably won't work.
It's my opinion that a small volume of a local injection of hyaluronic acid with lidocaine (most versions of fillers now come mixed with lidocaine) should pose virtually no risk of significant systemic absorption and reincorporation into breast milk in enough concentration to hurt a baby...
