The place i went to said they'll use Coolsmooth Pro (75 min) for my thighs. They said i should do 4 treatments for each thigh (inner, outer, front, back) to cover 360 degrees of the whole thigh. After measuring, the areas covered would overlap (ie outer thigh treatment would overlap partially with the front and back treatments). Is this normal protocol for treating thigh fat? How long do u wait between treatments for the overlapped areas? if i did outer thigh today when should i do back thigh?
Answer: CoolSmooth For The Thighs CoolSmooth Pro can be a great treatment for the outer thighs, but it is not usually used to treat the inner thighs. It can very rarely be used to treat the back of the thighs, but usually the back of the thighs are not big enough to fit the applicator properly. You would have to be examined to see if you are even a candidate for the treatment and if so, which applicators would be best for you. Your current treatment plan does not sound right and I would recommend you get a second opinion from an experienced CoolSculpting physician. Hope this helps answer your question.

Answer: SculpSure Thank you for your question, fattcrab. You should wait 6 weeks between treatments. Keep in mind that SculpSure is the best option for treating thighs. It is the only FDA-approved laser to treat fat, and defeats its competitors in the fat treatment field again and again in all head-to-head clinical trials. Please consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon about this treatment that can melt up to 25% of your unwanted subcutaneous stubborn fat. Best wishes,

Answer: Coolsmooth pro for the thighs It is important when seeking consultation with coolsculpting to make sure to go to an expert in both non-invasive and invasive techniques. Unfortunately, there are clinics where the patient's outcome isn't what comes first. The coolsmooth pro was designed specifically for the outer thigh due to its unique shape. There could be cases where this might be used on the posterior thighs or inner thighs but that would be rare. The inner thigh especially would be likely to have a dent as the coolsmooth pro doesn't provide a transition zone of cooling that creates a natural feathering. Never be afraid to seek a second opinion if something doesn't sound right.

Answer: Coolsmooth Pro for thighs? Thanks for your question. This is a not a standard protocol for treating thighs. Coolsmooth Pro is meant to be used for the outer thigh and inner thighs should be treated with the CoolFit. I would recommend having a different consultation.
