Is CoolSculpting available for pets?

Not that I am aware of. I don't expect anything in the veterinary community for several years at least.

CoolSculpting would not work on pets because the applicators that are used are designed for the human body and would not fit on pets.  Aside from that, CoolSculpting is not approved for use on animals.
