Answer: 3 weeks... ...Is the amount of time I generally have patients wait before resuming strenuous activity. While that may be overkill, anything that changes microcirculation early on the follicle integration phase can possibly affect graft survival.

Answer: Lifting following FUE Chances are that you should be good to go at 2 weeks as far as heavy lifting. Of course you should be careful not to traumatize any of the new grafts, and you should also confirm this plan with the hair transplant surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Heavy lifting job Two weeks would be more than adequate for hair growth. As far as widening of scars, this will take closer to six weeks, if you have had FUT. For FUE, 10-14 days is good.
