How does closed rhinoplasty affect the menstrual cycle?

I had a closed rhinoplasty exactly 6 weeks ago with zero complications. two weeks after (meaning four weeks ago) I got my period. Thereafter, I haven't and I'm worried because prior to surgery I was regular on the dot every 25 days. I didn't take any meds post op, only arnica and I did have some spotting the first week after surgery. I am also a dental student under stress for my boards now but I can't see how that's the issue as I've never lost my period over stress. Thank you!
