I am 5' 4", 16 years old, and recently picked up running. As I became more conscious of my diet and made an effort to eat healthier, I lost fifteen pounds, going from 150 to 135. I wore a 32 H bra and, due to their size, my breasts were pendulous. As I am losing weight, I have noticed that my bras are feeling loose. Besides wearing a supportive sports bra during exercise, what can I do to help my skin regain its elasticity and minimize potential sagging?

You may be experiencing pain in the breast due to capsular contraction. Is the right breast getting firmer? Do you see any rippling?It is also possible that your pain is unrelated to the breast implant.You should see your plastic surgeon to help figure out what is going on.
