Can I get a breast lift if I'm only a 32 B/34 A? Is a breast lift the only procedure that can lift sagged breasts?

You can always reposition the nipple and reduce the areola as necessary, even without implants. The real question is what will look good on you. You may need a very small implant to tweak the shape a little bit. It is up to you and your surgeon. I recommend that you visit with a couple of surgeons to make sure you are comfortable with what is recommended for you. I hope this has helped.

Yes, you can get a breast lift without implants. There are two options: Open surgical Breast Lift and " Non Surgical Breast Lift with Renuvion.
The open surgical breast lift usually will have a key hole incision around the nipple and remove excess skin. The advantage of this surgery is that it will give the biggest lift and have the most reliable skin tightening. The disadvantage of the open surgery is the risk of skin breakdown / incision opening, leaves a scar , risk of nipple loss or loss of sensation of the nipple / possible problems with breast feeding later and longer recovery.
The non surgical breast lift recovery is fast and leaves no scars, but it may not give as big a lift to the breasts or tighten the skin as much as the open surgery.

At my office I recommend the Morpheus 8 with PRP. This provides a nice tightening and rejuvenation of the breast skin while also effecting a lifting effect. I often recommend mixing a high G' hyaluronic acid filler with the PRP to provide a natural, more full appearance. The results can last 1-2 years. Many patients return annually for a touch up. Yes, a breast lift can be performed on smaller breasts such as yours!  However, even if just the skin envelope is tightened and the breast tissue and volume is preserved, the lift will make you feel smaller.  That is why some women wish to add an implant (even a small one) to their lift procedure.  
If you are undecided, you could consider doing the lift and decide later if an implant is something you’d want to add for superior volume and fullness.

There's a different between deflated breasts and droopy breasts.  If you're an A/B cup you may have deflated breasts that may need volume with just an implant.  However, if the breasts are droopy and the nipples sit low, you will need a lift with the implants.  I recommend setting up some consultations with plastic surgeons to determine which operation is right for you.

Dear alexsandrarich,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. From your description, you seem to be a very good candidate for this new technique and should really get the look that you are desiring without implants or unnecessary visible scars. I would recommend that you search for an ABPS board certified plastic surgeon who is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons in your area or an area that you would like to travel to on holiday who offers the Bellesoma technique to discuss your breast lift and possible results.

A breast lift with no implants is always possible and will result in a lift of your nipples and breast without much decrease in size. the question is whether your breasts will be proportional with your body frame. An alternative for you to consider is using an implant to get you some lift thus avoiding incision lines altogether. A consultation with a breast specialist will help you appreciate what is possible.

Yes, small breasts can be lifted but there is a distinct difference between deflated breasts and sagging breasts and we don't know the status of your anatomy without photos. Other alternatives that might exist for you could be fat transfer or breast implants depending on your anatomy.
