I have a 34/a 32/b size, i was a 34B some years ago and when I lost weight my breasts deflated. Is a breast lift without implants possible on smaller chest size like mine? I usually only hear about lifts + implants. Is there some other type of procedure that can remove extra skin from my breasts, OR lift them somehow without surgery? any recommendations are welcome as well!
Answer: Breast Lift without implants You can always reposition the nipple and reduce the areola as necessary, even without implants. The real question is what will look good on you. You may need a very small implant to tweak the shape a little bit. It is up to you and your surgeon. I often recommend mixing a high G' hyaluronic acid filler with the PRP to provide a natural, more full appearance. The results can last 1-2 years. Many patients return annually for a touch up. Answer: Breast Surgery There's a different between deflated breasts and droopy breasts. If you're an A/B cup you may have deflated breasts that may need volume with just an implant. However, if the breasts are droopy and the nipples sit low, you will need a lift with the implants. I recommend setting up some consultations with plastic surgeons to determine which operation is right for you.
