Do you do non surgical breast lifts?

At my office I recommend the Morpheus 8 with PRP. This provides a nice tightening and rejuvenation of the breast skin while also effecting a lifting effect. I often recommend mixing a high G' hyaluronic acid filler with the PRP to provide a natural, more full appearance. Depending on the patient's desire, I recommend 2-3 treatments over three months for best results. The results can last 1-2 years. Many patients return annually for a touch up. I hope this helps. Non Surgical or Scar Less Breast Reduction and Lift is a good option for some women. Ideal candidates for the minimally invasive breast lift do not have very droopy or pendulous breast, and do not need more that 40-50% breast size reduction. Advantages of the minimally invasive breast reduction: no drains needed, no scar management or special dressing, able to breastfeed, no risk of injury to breast milk ducks, no risk of loss of nipple sensation and the skin looks natural. The procedure has no skin cutting just 2 mm skin punctures which allow the liposuction and skin tightening cannulas to remove and tighten the breast tissue. The cannula punctures almost always heal without a trace of a scar. The biggest disadvantage is that it cannot give as big a lift to the breasts as an open surgical breast reduction or remove as much breast volume as the open surgical option.

There is no real good non-surgical breast lift available. There are options like radiofrequncy or plasmas tightening of the skin but this only does so much. If you are looking more to elevate the nipples a bit then these work great. I can usually get nipples to elevated 1-2cm. Doesn't sound like a lot but from a visual standpoint it makes a big difference. This procedure is, however, surgery but can be done with the patient awake and recovery is minimal. And of course you wouldn't have to go through anesthesia nor pay for anesthesia,

Non-surgical breast lift is done by threads. I personally don’t believe in this. It doesn’t have long lasting results. In fact I doubt if it at all has short lasting results also. 

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. I do utilize thermi tight to perform a "non-surgical" breast lift. it uses radiofrequency to heat and tighten the skin. Its not best for everyone so the best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.  Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery.

Up until recently the answer to this question has been that surgery is the best option to remove skin and elevate the nipples with a mastopexy or breast lift. New to our practice is ThermiTight.  This is radiofrequency on a pencil like probe that can be placed just under the skin on the breast to improve the skin quality. The radiofrequency only emits a pine nut shaped amount of energy so won't affect the deeper breast but would help to tighten the skin. After injecting numbing medication, it involves making small incisions around the areola to treat the breast in quadrants. The incisions would heal beautifully on the areola and are likely to not be very visible. The nice thing about this procedure will be no visible vertical or horizontal scars on the rest of the breast, as in a traditional surgical mastopexy.  Our vision will be to offer this option in late spring as ThermiBreast. 

Thank you for your question. Surgery is the best option.   There are no medications, injectables, or other products that will predictably and safely augment or lift the breast. Best is a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Hope this helps.

Hello- non surgical lifting implies the skin is tightened with some type of device-- usually radio frequency ( RF) - this is a very slight result and may be appropriate for you, but most of my patients need a little more!Good luck.
