Had a BBL in 2017! Fat was injected too high... uneven job. What can I do to fix this? (Photo)

Hello, thank you for your question. A reduction can be an option, Liposuction of this area can be done with excellent technique. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

It is not necessarily that the fat was injected too high but that this tends to be the area where the fat survives the best and the most, therefore creating this type of appearance on many postoperative BBL patients. At this point, your options are to undergo liposuction to remove some of that excess fat that creeps onto your lower back and/or get buttock implants which are much more reliable, predictable, and permanent at providing projection to the middle and lower buttock. I understand your concern. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from liposuction. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

A BBL Revision may be a great option for you. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) Revision. If you’re unhappy with your BBL results you should follow up with your provider. Revision rates are fairly high with this procedure.

To assess the outcome of a procedure you need to post proper before and after pictures. I appreciate that you showed at least one sent a before and after pictures. Based on that single set of pictures your results looks reasonably good.

If you want to change your fat distribution you will need another procedure. I’m sure your provider once you’ve been happy with the outcome and is happy to talk to you about possible revision.
