I got my BBL March of 2019 and am not happy with the results, I started noticing that about 6 months in my left cheek was significantly bigger and developed this odd bump now it's really jiggly when I touch and there seems to be a dent at the top of the butt cheek. My surgeon never scheduled a follow up and I've tried several times to schedule one but was told I would have to leave a deposit as a "consultation" I would rather not go back to him but would like to hear other professional opinions.

Having the BBL done a second time is an option as long as you have enough fat to be transferred. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time...
Hello, thank you for your question. I would not recommend a BBL, a reduction can be an option, Liposuction of this area can be done with excellent technique, but overall skin laxity and patient expectations must be realistic.
