Botched BBL. What could this be? Seroma? How can I fix this? (Photos)

Based purely upon the photos, I’m not sure we can label this as a botched BBL or simply a result with knowns potential complications after BBL. That being said, you definitely have some gross asymmetry and irregularity on that side. The question is, is it from something such as a seroma, residual fat that actually survived, or a large fatty necrotic oil cyst, etc. An in person consultation with the physical exam will probably serve you best in helping to determine exactly what it is and what possible treatment options are available. The question I have is, are you even satisfied with the amount of fat survival and projection you received from the BBL? If not, you may want to seriously consider a more reliable and permanent option with buttock implants. Glad to be of help.

Hello, thank you for your question. Post operative visits should be included, having the BBL done a second time is an option as long as you have enough fat to be transferred. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same. I recommend you to always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Surgeons have a legal obligation to care for postoperative management. This is included in the surgeons fee and they cannot charge you for postoperative care.

If what you say is true then I suggest you report your surgeon to your local state medical board.
