Hello, thank you for your question. I would not recommend a BBL, a reduction can be an option, Liposuction of this area can be done with excellent technique, but overall skin laxity and patient expectations must be realistic.

From your picture you’re right thigh it is smaller than your left. I don’t think fat transfer is going to build enough volume to make a big difference. Your thighs also looks small in comparison to your bottom.

I suppose if you’re already going to have Liposuction it would make sense to graft some fat in those areas.

Personally I would reduce the size of your bottom rather than increase the size of your thigh.

Perhaps you could do a bit of both.

Correcting previously overzealous Liposuction with fat transfer typically takes multiple rounds of fat transfer.

The reason is that areas previously over treated with liposuction or devoid of sufficient host tissue to support the fat graft leading fat grafts to low survival rates.
