I know it isn’t an exact science, but I am hoping to get some estimates. I currently have 325 cc and don’t feel they are proportionate to my frame. I feel bottom heavy still and am hoping to balance out. I want to be noticeably bigger than I am now, but nothing crazy. My surgeon recommended ultra high 550 cc. Would this be big enough for my body? 5’4”, about 150 pounds.

Answer: Bigger Implants Makes Women Look Heavier. Hello, Proportion is a matter of taste, and that should not be the surgeon's decision. We are more concerned with appropriate implant size relative to local breast tissue and chest dimensions. However, it is mistaken to think that you need to enlarge your implants to match your buttocks/hips, the end effect always makes the person look heavier than they actually are.

Answer: Going Bigger Thank you for the photos. I would agree with you that your body can use larger implants to balance things out and be more proportionate. Now how do you get there? We would first begin with finding out exactly which implants you have. Next we would perform measurements of your breasts to see what could fit in there. After all this, we would have you try on a bra and use Allergan or Mentors sizing system to assess how much bigger you want to be.A personal examination would be best to figure out what you want and what your body can handle. Measurement of your current implant are important as well because you would want to have a wider (to get you more cleavage and close in the middle) as well as more projecting implant, not just more projecting. If you currently have a moderate and go up to ultra high you may not gain much in the width.Hope that helps.
