I had my first breast augmentation in 2015 (325cc silicone moderate plus under the muscle). I decided that I wanted a fuller look and in May 2018, I had an exchange to 500cc silicone high profile under the muscle. Now I regret having the revision. The implants are too big for my body frame and it's hard to work out. Is it possible to downsize to 350cc without a lift? Some more information about me: my current bra size is 34dd. I'm 32 years old, 5'7'' and 126lbs.
Answer: To Lift or Not To Lift? Good afternoon! From your photos I think you are a very reasonable candidate to be able to downsize to 350cc without a lift!

Answer: Can I avoid a lift when downsizing from 500cc to 350cc? Based on your photographs, I think that you should do just fine downsizing back to 350cc breast implants. Keep in mind as you are thinking about your goals that adjustment of the breast implant pockets capsule adjustments (otherwise known as capsulorraphy) may Him be necessary to achieve the outcome you are looking for. Breast lifting will not be necessary in your case. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary (downsizing) breast augmentation surgery is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Downsizing Dear downsizing_implants, it is hard to tell for sure, but you probably won't need breast lift if you get smaller implants. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Downsizing Since you are going down about a cup, you may do well with just changing the implants. You could consider a minimally invasive procedure like ThermiTight to help tighten any loose skin with very minimal scarring. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

Answer: Downsizing For some reason, patients seem to think that losing volume in their breasts will cause their breast tissue to head south. It doesn't. Your nipple won't be any lower after downsizing than it was before downsizing. You will just be a bit smaller. Think about it like liposuction in the thigh. If you remove a large volume of fat in the thigh, the skin does not sag down. It does take a bit of time for the elastic fibers to tighten down, however. Based on your pictures, I think you will do just fine without a lift following downsizing.
