I am having revision for CC in both breasts. I had 325cc in each breast, under the muscle and a lift in March of this yr. Left dropped but CC caused malposition. Right almost didnt drop at all because of CC. Ps will put both into postion. But will i still have to wait (forever it seems) to drop and fluff all over again? Or will they just basically be where they should be this time around?

Answer: Implant dropping Dear Caring1820, It depends on the surgery you will get. If your plastic surgeon chances your implants without pocket resection or changing the placement of implants, there is a chance that your implants will drop faster. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: With revision for capsular contracture will I have to "drop and fluff" all over again? Without posted photos- all views- and the benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to give the best answer. Generally speaking, the results of the surgery are unpredictable with regard to the capsular contracture issue. You most likely will have to follow your Surgeon's instructions and give it time to heal
