I attached pictures of what my dream nose would be. Ex photo 1 is of Selena gomez. What I like about her nose is how when she smiles her nose doesnt turn down. If you look at ex photo 2 of maia mitchell her nose is also similar. If you look at example picture 3, that's sort of what I'm talking about. When I smile, my nose does that, and I hate how it looks. I wonder if it's possible to shorten my nose since it's kind of long for my face. That's really it. Am I out of mind? Is this achievable?
Answer: Rhinoplasty dream nose I think you are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. You need to have a surgeon who is experienced, but also ne'er stands you want a small cute nose. Many surgeons would be too conservative with your nose and not reduce it sufficiently. Your bridge needs to be reduced considerably to get the outcome you seek.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for a dream nose ? A rhinoplasty done by a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon can achieve your goals but not exactly that same nose. Removal of the hump, refinement of the tip, shortening of the nose etc. will give you a much more attractive and feminine nose. See an surgeon who's results show natural looking noses.

Answer: Candidate You can achieve a shorter nose, But not like Selena gomez, first because your skin is thicker than hers and will prevent us to get that result, ans second because you shouldn have a nose like hers because your face are different. Her nose will not look good for you. What you can achieve is a more refined nose with a proper size to your face, with a better tip and without the small hump. So I would recommend a rhinoplasty and you can achieve a marvelous result, but you should understand what you can and should expect from this surgery. Regards
