I feel that my tip is bulbous and boxy I would like a more refined nasal tip. I've always felt it's been too big for my facial structure. I do not like how thick and far back my nostrils go and how they always look flared or like I'm pissed off. I DO like the bridge of my nose and I'm not interested in changing that if I don't have to. Is there a ballpark price range for a tip plasty and whatever else I need? Can this be performed at the same time as a fat transfer to cheeks and lips? Thank you!
Answer: Closed rhinoplasty candidate, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.The harmony between facial parts makes us instinctively recognize the beauty... without knowing it, without defining it, just a perception that surprises and captivates us.In this regard, I suggest perform a Closed Rhinoplasty (without visible scars) to treat the tip, base and nasal bridge. With this procedure you get a delicate nose, better harmonize with your other facial features.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Tip plasty versus rhinoplasty The pictures yet shown of the Female actually had a full rhinoplasty not just tip plasty. In your case just a tip plasty alone would be sufficient to achieve to change that you desire. A tip plasty can cause anywhere from $2500-$5000RegardsDr. J

Answer: Full rhinoplasty candidate not tip plasty There are significant asymmetries in the bridge in the midportion of the nose which will require a full rhinoplasty, not a tip rhinoplasty. it's very important that all the components of the nose balance with themselves including the nasal bones, upper lateral cartilages, and lower lateral cartilages, since the nose is a three-dimensional structure. Performing only a tip rhinoplasty will leave the bridge unbalanced and asymmetrical. For more information and are current price list, please see the link and the video below

Answer: Tip Plasty Alone The simple answer is yes. If the upper part of your nose is in good shape and the issues are all around the tip then changes should be made only where needed. The key is to make sure the parts of the nose fit together harmoniously and naturally. The best information you can get would be to come in for a consultation so the entire face and nose can be evaluated. Then we can give you a very accurate assessment and describe to you on the best options.

Answer: Tip rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
