Open rhinoplasty 18 days post op nose tip too long do I need revision to bring this in further?

Hi I am 18 days post op and believe my nose tip is too long and could also have a poly beak if that is the term for it, could I have you le expert advice please

Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with only 3 weeks after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

I wish I could give more meaningful advice other than to say that you need to stay in close contact with your Surgeon about your concerns.  Secondly, you must realize that 18 days postop is very early in the recovery process.  I agree that the photos are suggestive of a pollybeak deformity, which can be managed conservatively by your Surgeon (steropid injections, massage, etc).
