Open rhinoplasty red bump and red thickness all way atoning columella 17 days post op

Can any doctor shed light on this , a red bump with white on it possibly a bubble of some sort and red thickness all the way around columella. The red thickness is quite wide, much wider than incision

During surgery a patienshould have no pain if proper anesthesia is administered. Pain in the  nose following rhinoplasty surgery is not severe, short lived and controlled with pain medication. I suggest you not worry about pain after this operation.
