I had a child a year ago and breastfed got 3 months before I stopped. Lately, they have been shrinking more and I am unsure as to why. I have no volume and they just keep sagging lower. It’s really bothering me and makes me feel extremely unsexy. Is there anything I can do before surgery? If not, what procedure/s would be best for me?
Answer: Breasts A padded bra is what can be done without surgery. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of implants that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can actually see what you like.

Answer: Post-partum breast deflation You are not alone! This is one of the most common issues that brings women into a plastic surgeon's office. First, it is important to consider whether you are planning for additional pregnancies and breast feeding. Second, there are not good non-surgical options to correct breast deflation and ptosis (aka droop). There are 3 main surgical options, which could potentially also be combined, depending on your desired result. 1. Breast lift (aka mastopexy) - this removes the excess skin and repositions the areola higher on the breast.2. Breast augmentation with an implant - depending on the size of the implant, you may not want/need a breast lift to achieve your desired appearance.3. Breast augmentation with fat grafting - this is very dependent on your body habitus (how much extra fat you have for transferring to your breasts) and how large you are wanting your breasts to be. To achieve youthful fullness in the upper part of the breast, augmentation with either an implant or fat is the best option.

Answer: Breast changes after breast feeding Hello, thank you for your question. Congratulations on the little one! This commonly happens to breast tissue after children especially after breast feeding. Since the skin stretches out during pregnancy, after this it the breast size shrinks into original size and the skin that once stretched out becomes loose, giving you a more deflated look. The skin can retract on its own but it wont return to original breasts before children. There has not been any studies that show other methods outside of surgical approach to be effective. Some procedures offered by a plastic surgeon can be: implants which help give you back some of the volume lost, or a fat transfer to the breasts. The fat transfer only will increase your cup size by half a cup. A consultation with a plastic surgeon is the way to start and see what approach is better for you. If you are considering more children and breast feeding, you want to see what is the best option for you. thank you

Answer: Breast volume There are no non surgical options to increase breast volume other than pregnancy (which is obviously temporary) and weight gain (which is not recommended unless you are underweight). You do appear to be a great candidate for breast augmentation which will predictably provide the volume you are wanting. You should have a nice result!

Answer: Post partum breast volume loss Breast volume loss after pregnancy and breast feeding affects the vast majority of women. So please be kind to yourself! Weight gain can increase breast volume, but must be balanced against your general health and ideal BMI. Unfortunately, there aren't many reliable, healthy, sustainable methods of increasing breast volume for most women. Surgical options to augment breast volume include implants and fat grafting. Thanks for your question and good luck.
