I'm one year post op but my implants looked best at 6 months post op. I felt they stated to shift and look less like I wanted after that and continued to drop. They started to look more oblong/oval and asymmetrical. I'm not sure if the implant is shifting/sagging. I actually just had a baby and I'm breastfeeding and I know that can change the breast tissue however I measured before I was pregnant/nursing and they're still close to the same size. Plus I saw the changes in the implants before that

Answer: Synmastia Good afternoon, Looks like you have some synmastia, which is why there is no space between your implants- and this either resulted from overdissection of your pockets by your surgeon and/or some developing encapsulation. I correct this using the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is he most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: BA results Dear DFDoubleBubble214, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
