I had a breast augmentation surgery in May of 2015, 425 cc silicone implants. When I got them done, I thought I was done having kids. I decided to explant at the end of 2018 because I wanted to have another baby and I was concerned about breastfeeding while having big implants. Now that I am done breastfeeding and having kids (tubes tied) I want to get implants placed again. Will surgery be more risky/difficult now due to possible scar tissue from having had implants in the past?

Answer: Secondary breast augmentation In general, it is safe to replace breast implants years after they have been removed under the conditions you have described. The level of complexity is influenced by a number of additional factors including original implant position, subglandular versus submuscular. Secondary submuscular breast augmentation can be more complicated if the muscle was not well managed during the placement and/or removal procedures. Repeat subglandular breast augmentation tends to be less complex. Thanks for your question and best of luck!

Answer: Implants Thanks for your question! I don't think there will be any concern getting your implants back into place. At this point, it will be like a new breast augmentation and you should be just fine. Good luck!
