Dent on side of breast. Could this be due to sagging? (Photo)

I had silicone implants 7 years ago and I’ve had 2 kids since. I noticed a dent on the side of my breast near my infra mammary incision. Could this be due to sagging?

Yes this looks totally normal for a 7 year old augmentation that has been through the normal wear and tear over the years!

An examination is needed to be sure, but it could be from excess skin.  If this is a small area, a fat transfer could be done.

From your photo, the indentation at the infero-lateral aspect of the breast is apparent, suggesting an adhesion of the soft tissues to underlying muscle or fascia. As I cannot see the breast itself in the photo, I cannot comment on the relationship between a sag (?) and the indentation. A surgical lysis of the adhesion can be performed if the appearance is troubling to you.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
