Will Allergan soft touch give me as much of a natural look as Sientra moderate/moderate plus?

Implant types to achieve certain looks, Hello doctors! Thank you for taking this time. I am wanting a very natural look, and I am set on a moderate profile. I found a surgeon that I like, and he only uses Allergan. I am afraid that the soft touch won’t give me as much of a natural look as a sientra moderate or moderate plus would. Is this true? It seems to have a less teardrop shape when held up. Thank you again!

you are comparing two different things. One is the cohesiveness of the implant silicone fill, and the other is the manufactured shape of the silicone shell. Even within a certain shell, many different silicone gel types may be found. The first action should be to see a board-certified plastic surgeon to give you a better idea of how to compare different implants.

Even board certified plastic surgeons have difficulty telling the difference between implant types when placed correctly. Either Allergan or Sientra implants will get you the look that you desire as long as the appropriate size and projection is chosen to fit your breast. In order to ensure that the correct size implants are utilized, I would ensure that your surgeon is a board certified plastic surgeon.

I board certified plastic surgeon who can hear your concerns and aesthetic goals can deliver regardless of the breast implant company. The following in my opinion are more important in the outcome and have to be tailored to your current body habitus, lifestyle and aesthetic goals:1. placement - subglandular (above muscle) or dual plane (below muscle)2. adjunctive fat grafting3. implant size 
My advice is to go with an implant company that gives you the longest warranty as a consumer. You need to trust your surgeon and believe in his/her ability to guide you through this process. That is more important than the implant size. Often times the company a surgeon uses has more to do with cost and logistics.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions. 
Both Allergan soft touch and Sientra implants have cohesive gel, that should mimic breast teardrop shape.
I would encourage you to seek a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations.

Inspira implants were designed to look like saline implants, bottom line. They are 'optimally filled', which means the shell is completely without any slack, or wrinkles. There are benefits to this but a softer looking upper pole is not one of them. Sientra is the only manufacturer that only sells implants to board certified surgeons. So assuming your surgeon is certified by the ABPS, he should be able to accommodate your request.
