Hi there, this is a great question. I exclusively use Sientra breast implants. The less cohesivity, the more rippling you will have. Any implant has the potential to ripple, but for me and my practice, HSC Sientra implant seems to minimize it extensively.

It is my understanding that there was no change in implant manufacturing or quality but Sientra chose to add the Opus and Luxe designation for branding purposes only.   I don't believe there is a distinction between Luxe and Opus.
