I just want to know how much to adjust my goal weight after having had an augmentation.

The weight of the implants combined is 2.4 lbs. Implants of this size and weight are well known to cause long term sagging and tissue stretch. Think long and hard before choosing this size. It is hard to go down in size once you have very large implants, as you would likely need a mastopexy to correct the stretch.

734.5 grams would be the weight per implant.
That is about 1.6 lbs. weight for each implant.
That is 3.2 pounds added to your weight from your upcoming breast enlargements.
You could discuss your goal weight and issues of proportion with your doc.
