That will depend on the success of the injection. Most of the fresh filler would dissolve within hours after injection of hyaluronidase. It is best to address this question with a surgeon. Good luck.
Generally if the filler needs to be removed, we will do this at least 2 weeks ahead of surgery. Bruising can occur but is generally not of significance. We want this time to allow any residual swelling to be settled. If your surgeon is not doing the hyaluronidase, simply ask your surgeon or your contact person what they recommend.
You should probably wait at least 2 to 3 weeks after dissolving any reversible filler placed in the eyelids, before undergoing an upper and lower blepharoplasty. Choose your surgeon wisely, based on producing very natural results.
And somatic filler reversing is fairly rapid. There may be some slight swelling from the injections.Otherwise it typically takes hours or a few days.I suggest you follow up with your provider and ask them.Best,Matt Hagstrom, MD

Hi, thank you for you question. Based on your photos it does appear you have some excess upper eyelid skin. The best option to correct this is surgical with the removal of this excess skin (upper blepharoplasty). The incision and resulting scar is typically well hidden within the upper eyelid...
Correcting these under-eye areas like the tear troughs and orbital rims can usually be done with an injectable filler. Likewise, the temporal hollows can often be improved this way. I tend to start conservatively with a temporary hyaluronic acid gel filler like RHA, Juvederm, etc. These usually...
