I had eye bag surgery about 6 months ago. Dr. Took out fat. I went back to see the dr for follow up. She said it might be fluid under my eye instead of bags now. She said she can offer revision to see if it is. I asked her if it is fluid, what can be done? She said nothing. I guess I’m left a bit confused. Is it really nothing can be done? Or does she mean nothing can be done surgically? How about naturally like laser? Or a low salt diet? Or something like that to tighten the skin?

Asymmetry is a challenging problem. Seek out an experienced oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in eyelid rejuvenation. A canthopexy , lid tightening procedure, may be the procedure for you. This can be done just on one side, but be prepared to be told you may need both sides treated. All the best!
