Fluid after eye bag surgery? (Photo)

Question

I had eye bag surgery about 6 months ago. Dr. Took out fat. I went back to see the dr for follow up. She said it might be fluid under my eye instead of bags now. She said she can offer revision to see if it is. I asked her if it is fluid, what can be done? She said nothing. I guess I’m left a bit confused. Is it really nothing can be done? Or does she mean nothing can be done surgically? How about naturally like laser? Or a low salt diet? Or something like that to tighten the skin?

A closeup photo would be very helpful. If by fluid is meant lymphedema from lymphatic obstruction, I have had success in treating using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents. That being said the precise management of this problem requires a bit more history and at the very least an HD photo of the infraorbital region. Exercise a great deal of "buyer beware" caution when evaluating claims for this or that expensive lasers or RF devices, as the uses of these "bells and whistles" gizmos are far more backed by marketing and advertising hype and social media buzz than any hard science.
