I’ve had hooded eyes my whole life but they’ve progressively got heavier. I’m only 27 and they age me. Mornings and nights they’re the puffiest, ofc. But it makes my entire face so heavy. I don’t want to do eyelid surgery. What are other alternative that can give me a lift? No surgery needed.

Asymmetry is a challenging problem. Seek out an experienced oculoplastic surgeon who specializes in eyelid rejuvenation. A canthopexy , lid tightening procedure, may be the procedure for you. This can be done just on one side, but be prepared to be told you may need both sides treated. All the best!
