I am wondering how long the longest injectable fillers last, so I can make visits as minimally s possible and the final results will last a long time. I heard Bellafill can last 5 to 10 years but that might just be for jaw fillers?
Answer: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty duration Thanks for the question! Nonsurgical rhinoplasty (filler in the nose) can be a great alternative to traditional surgical rhinoplasty for many patients. The best candidates tend to be those with a low bridge and underprojecting and/or droopy tip. Patients with a small hump and a low starting point are also good candidates. Filler can be used to make the nose straighter as well. Sometimes it gives the patient an opportunity to see what their nose may look like after surgery. Filler can also be used after surgery for minor modifications. The key is to select the right patients as some may not be a candidate for filler. Also it is very important to understand the anatomy of the nose, particularly the blood vessels, in order to inject safely and effectively. Restylane Lyft is the preferred filler for nonsurgical rhinoplasty in my practice. The results should last at least a year, and I have often seen 2-3 years or longer in some patients. The benefit of using a hyaluronic acid (HA) filler like Lyft is that it can be reversed in the event of any compromise of the blood supply. I also really like the predictability of this filler, as the way it looks when finished injecting is the way it looks for a long time afterward. Bellafill could also be a long lasting option, though one must carefully consider the risks and benefits. If it’s your first time, definitely go with a HA. The nose is considered an advanced area so be sure to have nonsurgical rhinoplasty done with an experienced injector. It may be wise to have a rhinoplasty specialist do the injections, because then you can also find out if you are a candidate for surgery. Computer morphing can help show the difference. Kind regards,Dr. Mehta

Answer: Nonsurgical Nose Job Hello, Thank you for your question. Short and long term fillers are harmless, as these matters are the proteins we already have in our bodies. However, permanent fillers are made of plastic and silicone which aren't found in our bodies, therefore may cause reactions and may not be dissolved as the others. Fillers may cause severe complications in wrong hands, so make sure to meet experienced board certified plastic surgeon. To find out more please click on the attached link.Best Regards

Answer: Results from nonsurgical rhinoplasty Thanks for your great question. One of the drawbacks of injectable fillers is that they are only temporary, so the treatment has to be repeated to maintain the results. However, there are also drawbacks to using a long-lasting filler in the nose area, including the fact that the results can’t be reversed if you don’t like your outcome. I advise you to schedule an appointment with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist that has performed many nonsurgical rhinoplasties. Through a comprehensive examination and discussion of your concerns and aesthetic goals, you should be able to create a personalized treatment plan to meet your expectations beautifully.

Answer: Liquid Rhinoplasty for Non-Surgical Nose Job Hello, and thank you for your question! More recently liquid rhinoplasty’s have been in high demand and it has been a popular topic. I asses each patient individually and what changes in their features would improve their aesthetics most. We find that most patients looking for a surgical rhinoplasty end up being a great candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. I have developed a technique of using filler to balance the facial features, referred to as Aesthetic Facial Balancing. This technique that I have created allows patients to get similar results as a surgical rhinoplasty, but with very little recovery time (avoiding residual swelling that can last up to one year) and giving them instant results in less than 20 minutes, with results lasting for up to 6 years. I use a hyaluronic based filler that is extremely safe for patients, and most patients are a good candidate for a liquid rhinoplasty. I hope this helps! Wishing you fantastic results, Dr. Rian A. Answer: Non Surgical Rhinoplasty or Nose Job — Juvederm, Restylane, Vollure, Volbella, Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill, Lyft, Refyne, Defyne bellafill or silicone CAN be used in the nose but I would highly suggest NOT using a permanent or long term irreversible filler in the nose. I would suggest hyaluronic acid fillers that can be reversed for any non surgical rhinoplasty or liquid nose job. Best, Dr. Emer.
