Shiny redness 4 weeks post liquid rhinoplasty. Should I dissolve it? (Photo)

I had a liquid rhinoplasty (non surgical nose on)4 weeks ago. He injected both the bridge of my nose and the tip. My nose is till very red and shiny, there is no pain associated. Should I dissolve? Get antibiotics? He was a very experienced injector and the best around.
