I am a redhead and I’ve heard how bad anesthetics can be for people with red hair... so I’m nervous to do a full rhinoplasty but I’m so sick of my big nose ): sorry for such a horrendous picture my face is super red

It is hard to tell from the one view of your photo alone whether a nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an option for you. Often by softening the contours around an area that seems overly represented, can deemphasize and soften the appearance of that area. For example, if your tip is very bulbous in appearance, by focusing the nonsurgical efforts around the tip may help to soften and deemphasize the appearance of the tip. This is one of the more challenging and high-risk injectable procedures. I would visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with non-surgical nose jobs to give you a thoughtful discussion on your options.
