Is it normal for one breast to heal a lot quicker than another after breast lift?

Yes, it's totally normal for breast to heal at different rates.  In fact, they can take several months each to fully settle after surgery.

Each breast may heal a bit differently and at different rates after surgery. It can take 4-6 months for things to settle down.

Even if identical procedures occur to breasts there is often a difference in how they heal.  It is not uncommon for patients to describe one breast being more painful, more swollen even when objectively all looks well and the procedures conducted very similar.  Breast surgery essentially has a left and a right side..two separate procedures and they can heal at differing rates.  Good news is the tincture of time tends to settle most things. I would anticipate that the further out you get from your surgical date ..the less the difference.  If thats not the case - check in with your plastic surgeon.

The short answer is yes and in your case for a reason.Essentially the right breast underwent more extensive intervention than the left in virtue of the presence of the ruptured implant.Most likely the surgeon had a more clean up and debridement to do .If you still have concerns it behooves you to contact your plastic surgeon.
