From my evaluation of your submitted images, it appears you are doing well.It is best in the first several months after a cosmetic rhinoplasty to remain patient, and follow your surgeons guidelines to optimize your healing.  Try not to second guess your final result, it is way to soon right now to judge how close your result will be to the goals you are expecting.  The first few months many changes occur as you progress in your healing.I do not consider a revision rhinoplasty until 9 to 18 months post the initial procedure.  Before then follow your experienced surgeons recommendations and remain patient, and in your case optimistic.I hope this helps.Sergio Pasquale Maggi, MD, FACSdrmaggi.com 

At this point, you need to let it heal and any consideration for a revision will have to wait about a year until all the swelling goes down. Best of luck.

Hi there,This is a very difficult period for Rhinoplasty patients. Everything is swollen and your final result is still a long way away. I understand that you feel anxious but the answer for now is patience. There is swelling in your tip, swelling in your bridge it will all come down with time.You look to have a good early result which will continue to improve. Whether your nose will end up exactly how you want is too early to say but you may need a revision down the track to reach your goals.This is not unusual and probably occurs in 10-20% of rhinoplasty patients. As time goes by hopefully with the improvement you get you will start to feel more comfortable with your result and  a revision may not be required.Hang in there this is the most difficult periodCheersRichard

Though it is too early, there will be some changes with time. But I do not believe you will get to where your wish pictures are.Comparing your wish pictures with your nose, you will need to shorten the nose, and tilt the tip.

Your nose is going to change a lot over the next 18 months.  You need to be patient.  It is much too early to think about revision surgery.  If you have concerns, talk to your surgeon.

Hi,Still relatively early post-op, so difficult to say what it will like. I would wait till the 3 to 6 month period. The swelling does make your tip look droopy with a slight pollybeak but may all be due to swelling.Best,Dr.S.
