I recently had a rhinoplasty and I feel too much cartilage has be removed from the tip resulting in a very unnatural nose shape. The distance between my eyes and the bridge of my nose appear much wider that the tip and I have major concerns as I am only 2 week out from my surgery and everyone keeps saying the tip will further reduce in size when the swelling goes down. My tip already appears too narrow in comparison the rest of my nose , can this be fixed? Depressed

A non-functional heart murmur and no other cardiac disease does not increase the already small risk of anesthesia. Do be sure to inform your surgeon and your anesthesia provider anyway.
Well chosen cartilage for alar grafting, either from the septum or the ear, placed and secured well, just have a very low risk of warping. There can never be a guaratee with any surgery, but typically, in well trained hands this risk should be minimal. I hope you are happy with your new change.
From your photos, it is a little difficult to fully assess your facial proportions. It does, however, appear that lifting your tip further would be a good idea. You will, however, likely see at least a little more nostril on front view when doing so.
