Fibrosis or uneven liposuction? Is it too late to fix this? (Photo)

Hello!This is an even more optimal time than the time surrounding your surgery. The tissues have reached maximal scar maturation. You would likely see nice treatment with power assisted liposuction to break up scar and even out contours. This would need to be done in a surgical procedure under general anesthesia - there is no role for CoolSculpt or noninvasive liposuction technologies. I would recommend you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon - you can find one at plasticsurgery.org. 

Thank you for your questions.  Looking at the pictures you have provided it does look like you possibly have some scar tissue build up and some uneven areas.  Typically I would recommend to do some additional liposuction we have some techniques that we can do to help break up the scar tissue and even you out.  I would recommend seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to be evaluated.  Best of luck to you.

Physical examination would be needed to confirm, but it does look like the uneven results creating contour irregularities can be corrected with micro liposuction.
